Delivery method: ‘Download and immediate delivery by email’
You can pay for our vouchers and tickets directly by credit card or PayPal. In this case, the vouchers and tickets will be sent to you as a PDF document via email, and you can open and print them using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (print@home).


Gift Baskets & Spa Products
Delivery method: ‘Postal delivery’
We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €4.79 per order for the packaging and delivery of our spa products.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 12.40 EUR per basket for the packaging and dispatch of our gift baskets. Dispatch always takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Delivery method: ‘Mixed delivery’
Have you ordered a gift basket or spa products along with a voucher or ticket? The products will be sent to you by post. You will receive the vouchers or tickets by email immediately after completing your order.


take-away
Delivery method: ‘Collect from MIZU’
You have placed an order with our take-away service and your order can be collected at the selected time from Restaurant MIZU, Anneliese-Pohl-Allee 2, 35037 Marburg.
